Yesterday Frank came over, without Parker because he was at home with a stomach ache. I was very excited to see him because it’s been a while!
He & Liz went out, leaving me at home. 🙁
But they did bring me back a little something–an ice cream for dogs. I have to say, I like regular ice cream a little better, I think! I didn’t finish this one so I still have some left. But this was pretty good, especially because it is still quite hot here.
It is called Frosty Paws. It comes in a cute little cup, but after Liz read the ingredients online, she said she thinks regular ice cream might be better for me. Which is ok with me! Have you tried these?
Have you seen this? Liz spotted it on decor8‘s 2009 calendar roundup.
Obviously this is the best one but there are other animals available! In my opinion, it is never too early to start thinking about next year’s calendar. $14 at fredflare.com.
Hello everyone, I hope you have had a good week. I am sorry to have been away for so long but Liz has been feeling under the weather and I don’t know if you knew this but I need her to help me type.
I have been wanting to show you my new collar. Well…I guess I should say Liz has been wanting to do this. We moved by the beach so it was decided I should have something a bit more nautical in theme. And to match a got a new tag as well, from Red Dingo.
I really like them, but I have to say I was not in the mood for pictures today. Liz woke me up from a nap to take these:
and quite honestly I did not feel like cooperating.
After turning away from the camera in disgust, I employed a technique I use quite often when I do not wish to participate in one of these silly events:
I call it “slumping”. I am a very good slumper.
But then Liz bribed me with some “cookies”, aka Breathies Mini Chicken Treats. Here at last was my motivation!
I immediately posed handsomely.
I hope you like my new accessories!
Are you familiar with Nylabones?
Liver flavor, in particular? If not you really must try one.
They are deeelish! Get one this weekend and you’ll see what I mean.
It looks like Mondays are good days for walking to the beach:
So much to explore!
I met a little pug named Jote this morning…silly Liz should have taken some pictures! We were running around in the sand.
When I got home, I was so tired, I couldn’t even make it through the door…
After being rinsed off is a good time for a nap!
Don’t worry, I’ll be back soon…
